soft top fitting and colors between years?

so my friend has an 04 tj with an old worn out top. he wants a new one the same color as my 01. i have clear windows but would possibly be able to switch tinted for clear if he gets the new top tinted. my question is would the side and rear windows fit perfectly and match the color of my top? (the top i have now is a replacement top the dealership installed the day i got it) so i dont know what brand it is...
