Any good Jeep mechanics or helpers around Providence?

I am new to Jeep and admittedly spend about 10x longer than it should take to do every project I have attempted. Does anyone know of an honest shop around Providence that has experience working on lifted Wranglers? I have random little things I need looked at, and would prefer someone who can teach instead of just fix.

As an alternative, small cash and beers to whoever can come over and help me!

-Loose serpentine belt causing squeek for a few seconds on startup

-Something loose in the lift that causes a squeek/clunk

-Semi loose steering despite new parts

-Wiring door mirrors into blinker

-Installing new rear bumper

-Fixing (hopefully) a bad ground in driver taillight
