JIMBOX I greased mine a couple times in the first 200 miles and they are fine-

I sent an e-mail to Synergy. They said to "drive it a week". I've driven it a week. It's slightly less tight, but still stiff. I've not had ball joints that required a "break in" period.

My steering is very solid, but not tight !!

Since I use valvoline in the diffs I used new valvoline synthetic axle grease-

GREEN-MACHINE im in the market for these to, i have a little wobble , i checked out everything and the ball joints have a little play

carbuilder No experience with that yet. However I've read somewhere that Synergy manufactures heavy duty ball joint that is made to replace the factory ball joint assembly. So I think that's a good buy.

GroundHawg Synergy makes EXCELLENT balljoints.

I was having wobbly issues and suspected worn ball joints. I was debating Synergy or ProSteer. ProSteer is pricey, but it's top of the line and rebuildable.

I opted for Synergy. Good balance of quality v price.

Turns out my ball joints were fine, but when my stockers go, Synergy will replace them.

MOPWR2U I've got a set in my Dana 44 front axle. They're much beefier than the stock plastic garbage balljoints.

JIMBOX I think you mean the Synergy Suspension Jeep JK HD Ball Joint Set-PPM-8009-12 and thats for the full set (both sides)-

I can't comment on them, cause I don't have mine yet, but I've read good reviews and the fact that they use the same ones on Dodge Ram trucks/Ford F-150 trucks, makes em sound better to me, besides-

They come with ZIRC ftgs-KEWL, you can greasem-and I'll get mine when I get new gears !!

Looks good to me-

Synergy Ball Joints

I'm gonna be tearing into my wimpy Dana 30 front axle to install some gussetts. I want to do the ball joints while I'm there but I don't want to replace them with the cheap stock ones.

The only upgrade I've been able to locate are the Synergy Suspension ones. Does anyone have any experience with them?
