naterg Mine is nothing special looking. I call it a sleeper, haha. It is in the old vprMatrix (Best Buy brand) box that I have had for years. Open it up, and its a different story. In there, wires everywhere (I am to lazy to fix that stuff up). You can tell it is built when you look inside, but it ain't anything special.

George T. I had to get it. Im on a Dell from 2001 because my rig that I built in 03 sh!t the bed three times in a month. Being that this is also my school pc, I cant have it doing that and loosing all of my papers and whatnot so readily. The one I built in 03 still runs the games today decently. Thats what I aim for.

RIPBiker13 I have a laptop w/ a broken hinge I bought in Oct. 2001 and it still works fine.

I want a new computer...

George T. Im buliding mine for COD4

George T. i made it so its all upgradable very easily, but after my research and whatnot, I should be able to run all the dx10 games no problemo. If I run into some money I WILL sli the vid cards. two processors and two video cards aint no joke.

I dont trust the quadcore yet. They are too new. I dont believe in OC'ing because number one it voids warranty and it burns out whatever you are overclocking much faster. And thats just wasted money. If you want to run faster, buy better. All that was barely over 900, which is damn good for a top-eschlon(sp) pc

Its basically a pretty nice computer, but I would have waited to build that rig up till after the prices went down. Once the new next gen FPS's come out at the end of the year and the next lvl of upgrades come out the prices for that stuff is going to drop dramatically.

Thats when Im going to build mine new rig.

Levinoss Slap a Quad-core in that puppy and over clock it while cooling it with liquid nitrogen ,and I might be impressed.
