JeepAddOns-Chris Twisted Off Road Club - Kentucky 4x4 Club will be at Big Rock on Nov 5th. My rig is undergoing some modifications and won't be done until spring, but check out the forum, join up and join in for a ride.

kyjeep4x4 I'm hopefully fixing a few minor aches on my jeep the next couple of weekends. Trying to be ready to go back to Big Rock on 11-12 and 13. I met some guys from Ohio the last time I went and their club is heading back then. If your free that weekend it's alot of fun there. But I will keep an eye for the sooner ride if I get done before you go.

Blackbull Anyone willing to.get a ride together maybe for next weekend or the next

JeepAddOns-Chris I know a couple of guys that are trail guides for that run. Anyone that goes will really enjoy it. It's a great opportunity to run some property that is otherwise not open to the public.

moscoeb I'm definitely in, I got at least one buddy going, hoping to get some more. If anyone wants to go, let me know and we can caravan down or just meet up down there. Looks like a good time.

kyjeep4x4 Looks like a fun time and not to far down the road.

moscoeb We should get a group together.

JeepAddOns-Chris Slade is extremely close to Clay City.

Have a couple of guys heading down to Slade this weekend and will be hitting the trails on Sunday. Will be a semi-big boy run where it would be a good idea to have lockers and at least 33" aggressive tires. Plan on Widowmaker, Carb, Holiday and possibly heading over towards Lower Staircase and some others if I can get in touch with the property owner.

kyjeep4x4 There's a place that is close to the drag stip that I road 4 wheelers at once. I didn't see any trail that was big enough for 4x4's. Do you know if it's wide enough? It was not far from the ramp on Mtn. Pkwy.

HillbillyJeeper Hey, all. I work in Winchester, live in Clay city. Anyone close? Thinking about putting a wheelin, campin thing together with the family. Got kids but drink beer when campin (Not drivin). Any suggestions local?

kyjeep4x4 I just joined their forum today. Hopefully we can get organized and go to slade. We could all maybe meet somewhere and ride as a group down that morning. I will be coming from Lawrenceburg, through Lexington, Winchester, etc. Can meet along the way.

Kentucky Krawlers is hosting a stock/newbie ride in Slade on the 25th. Should be a good time, I'd be going, but can't get off work that day. Info is on the Kentucky Krawlers message board.

moscoeb There are some old county roads, nothing big. Closest that I know for big stuff is Slade or DTOR.
