As I recall there were already holes on my stock bumper, I just put the lights in and wired them up.

you can drill holes in it NP, heres a before and after with lights on my smittybilt classic front bumper, i drilled the holes for them

|Wyo Tigger 01||Get the lights you like, mark the bumper and drill away. It is your bumper after all. I have a good picture but can't get it moved to post it here. I have KC day lighters wired to come on with the high beams. They came with a relay, a lighted switch and instructions. They sure light up the deer, elk and cows on the road at night.|

Aux lights bolted directly to bumper
I am a notorious cheap a$$ and want to install some driving lights on my front bumper without buying a light bar. I haven't really seen any pictures of someone drilling holes in the front bumper and installing the lights there.
Is that something that can be done or do I really need to pony up and spend the $50 on a small light bar? Any pictures?
