are powertrain control modules year specific? will a unit from a 1991 fit a 1994, given that the engine, tranny and everything else is the same?

Have you checked to see if there is electricity after the ignition module?

no juice

I recently acquired a 94 4 cyl. It has sat for a couple of years and am in the process of bringing it back to life. The motor turns over, but there is no juice to the coil or the fuel system. I started by checking all fuses and electrical conections but to no avail. My next step is to look at the pcm. Is there anything glaring that i'm not seeing?
