Lolol me too. I guess that's my fault for buying a 4.0 manual with 33s

But I for sure need a tune up.

Tom95YJ My XJ goes 310miles to a tank with 33's and 355 gears. It has a 20 gallon tank.

My YJ gets 285 with 3.07's and 35's with a 15 gallon tank.

reno92 Ill get around 240 miles a tank, that's running 35" tires, 4.56 gears, no front disconnect so the DS is always turning.

spower I really have no idea, my gas gauge is not even close to accurate so when it "says" 1/2 tank (100+ miles on trip meter) I fill it up.
Also speedo was never calibrated to bigger tires.

mag2395 I've got 3.07s in my 97 tj, and I have got just about 280 to a tank, stock tank which is 16 gal?? I have a Bluetooth obd2 scanner with live data and it varies from 12-18 depending on wind and hills.

rivera82 4.0, manual, 35" tires, 4.10 gears (switching to 4.88 soon) I get 15.8
05-01-2011 07:44 PM
EmptyPockets 330miles to the tank. I have 3.55 gears.. don't know if thats stock or not. I did a test to see how far off my odometer was.. found out it is .2 miles off. I have some math to do to find out what my mileage is... 16.5mpg... was more but got a lift...
05-01-2011 06:49 PM
perkalator I get about 240 miles average per 20 gallon tank on 33 12.50 and 3:73 gears. Don't trust your odometer unless you have corrected for oversized tires.

Wish I didn't have these damn TSL Swampers I do a lot more road driving thatn I expected!

I think the manual says 19 gal. I have 31s 5spd and 3.73s almost exactly 50/50 driving city/highway.
04-18-2011 02:01 PM
Abomination93 Well I get between 15 to 17mpg x 20g tank = 300-340...but I dare not touch 250 w/o filling up...I hate running out of gas.

4.0l ax15 3.07 gears stock tires or 33x12.5x15.

My jeep is consistant for mileage, it is mostly highway driving I do.
04-18-2011 09:08 AM
BPJOOP93 130miles. roughly. 33x12.50 stock3.07 gears all city driving.
04-18-2011 08:33 AM
kj 92yj 15 miles a gallon x 20 gallon tank = 300 miles for me..........but i always chicken out and fill it between 260 and 270.
