Brendonsjeep Sounds good. Guess I'll be waiting for this ny weather to warm up if it ever does. I hear it's best to do it with a warm top to stretch the fabric

SylvanSahara i just put my soft top on for the first time yesterday, a friend of mine who had a TJ and lives around the block helped. I was surprised how much pulling and strectching it took. I cannot believe how many pieces and parts there are to the soft top!! 16 pieces not including the actual main part of the folding top. I would think that after all these years they would have figured out a more simple process and design. Every other convertible i have owned or dealt w/ regularly have been so much less involved, granted they have all been two door sports cars, but damn. Ok rant over it wasn't really too bad especially for the first time, once it stretches/loosens up a little it will get easier i am sure.
