First Jeep, getting ready for summer

alright so i have just gotten my first Jeep, and it was a pretty good deal. its a 1994 YJ with a 4cyl engine, and quite a bit of extras including an air intake for the engine, aftermarket sound system, 4" shackle lift, 33" tires with black rims, skid plates on the bottom, and fresh paint. the things that it lacks are good seats (nobody likes crappy seats) a rear seat, rhino lining, new center console, new e-brake cord, new drive line, full top, new full sized spare, new brush guard, step bar, mirrors, speedometer, and gas gauges, spark plugs, i would like to get the lighting re-done, and considering spacers... i want to get it ready, and drivable by the 4th of July... what else should i consider?
