Zetsumei No problem. I'd have some pictures of the whole process but my last phone got fried before I got the pictures up...

El Gringo Ok cool thanks a lot man

Zetsumei The wheel weights I just left on. I used note cards placed around the rim to keep paint of the tire. As for drying time I waited 20-30 minutes and would do another coat. I did 2-3 coats per room depending on how well I did lol.

El Gringo looks good, did you pull off the wheel weights or anything?
And how long did they take to dry?
sorry for all the questions, but I am contemplating doing this soon

Zetsumei Here are a couple of pictures for you. I need to clean them but I just haven't had the time lately lol.

Zetsumei Sure thing. I'll get some pics up after I get home today. I'm out helping the grandparents.

El Gringo Yeah, if you don't mind, I would like to see some more of the wheels

Zetsumei Well I sanded them up nicely and then painted them with Rustoleum wheel paint. So far it's held up really well. That's after an 11 trip to the beach for a week and some wheeling in the sand then 11 hours back. I can get some pictures of a few up close if you'd like.

El Gringo How did you paint the wheels? and how are they holding up?

So finally, after a week of wrestling with lug nuts and spending a total of 4-6 hours of actually installing springs and shocks my lift was finished. I installed a 2.5" Rough Country lift. I also have some disconnects, but have to install them, plus a few problems with some bolts to clear up BUT I'm driving again.

The before pictures have the regular silver canyons. I repainted them to a graphite color. I'm currently running 31" x 10.5" tires. I'll get some more pics up of the install, and the before and after with tape measure shots up later.
