97tjcse Since no one replied, I will leave the resolution for later readers.
I bought a set of factory injectors from a friend, sent them to (http://www.witchhunter.com/ ) had them cleaned and flow checked. After installation no more noise. Morale to story....
be careful of remanufactured injectors. They do not warranty noise either (Automotive Parts Network). For what it is worth.

Noisy Injectors

I replaced my original MPI injectors with a set of remanufactured injectors from Automotive Parts Network. Since replacing the injectors, I noticed that they are noisy (sounds almost like bad lifters at times) especially when cold.
Anyone had this experience, I do not like a noisy engines####
