Hello from Massachusetts

Hey Jeepers!

I've had my current Jeep (my first) for about 6 years. It's a 1999 Wrangler, and my wife would be hard pressed to get me to trade it for anything but a newer Wrangler. Or a Harley, but here in New England, 4 wheels are a must in the winter.

Anyway, I've gotten more out of my Jeep than I really deserved, given the pathetic amount of maintenance I've put *into* it. So now I'm starting to try to make it up to the poor thing.

So far, I've replaced the starter, the fog lamps that died, the windshield wiper motor, and now I'm fighting with the power steering gearbox. That last one is a doozy - the pitman arm won't come off, even with the nut off and the puller tightened to steel-shattering tension levels. Hopefully it'll kick loose overnight.

Anyway, here I am. Many thanks to those offering help.

Cheers!
Lou
