just take out the spacers, and try to get some stock ones, they are about half an inch thick i believe.. this will solve a lot of your issues right off the bat..
and i agree with the procomp shocks being horrible.. and i thought procomp coils were grey?
whats the tire size?

|tmorgan1220||What does bb stand for? I have all the paperwork and reciepts for the lift that the previous owner had installed. Pro comp part #55695. These are definitely lift coils. Seeing as how I just purchased this jeep and need to purchase a few immediate things, i dont really want to invest a ton of money on uprading the suspension just yet. I just know that I need to do something to get the suspension corrected. i plan on contacting pro comp and see what they say... any other suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks|

As far as the shock compression, yes that may be problem. I'd suggest new shocks since those Procomps ride like a dump truck. Monroe and Bilstein both make great shocks for stock height. Old Man Emu makes shocks that would work good for a 2" lift, should those springs be 2" lift springs.
When it comes to shock length, you need to make sure the compressed shock length is greater that the bumpstop height at full suspension compression:
You can check the shock length and bumpstop height are correct by pushing the axle to full bump (full compression) when the springs are removed. You'll need to pull the springs and bumpstops to remove the spacers anyway.
Once you lower the height, you'll also need to remove that transfer case drop.

|rda616||Looks like a 2" bb to me! I someone put the lift in for him and left the bb or he went with a 2.5" spring and a 2" bb. Do you have a cv drive shaft on your jeep? And how tall a tire do you have?|

those spacers are definitely not stock.. if you remove them, make sure you get the stock pads so that the coil isnt sitting on metal..
the rear is also too far forward, ''maxed'' out like you said.. my jeep was doing that which is why i lowered my jeep to about 2.5'' of lift in the front, 1.5'' in the rear
adjustable control arms will fix that, but then your looking at a sye and new driveshaft

New (used) rubicon..suspension help?
Proud new owner of an 05 rubicon. The previous owner had the pro-comp 4" lift installed. Although it looks cool, I feel that Its a bit too much, would like a lower center of gravity. Also it seems like the rear is flexed out all the way. see in my pics how the rear tire is forward a bit? Seems like it needs longer rear arms. Here is my Question.. There seems to be a spacer between the top of the coil and where it attaches to the frame. Seems to me that this should not be there. The original owner said he never had spacers intalled, so Im assuming that these spacers were stock? maybe for the rubicon? The spacers are 2" tall. If I were to remove them ( If I can) this is my other problem.. as it sits right now my shocks mx6 from pro-comp can only compress 7 inches until they bottom out. Im assuming that if I remove the spacers that will leave me 5" of compression? Will That be enough?
