|Clutch127||Nice jeep! I would say go with floor mats, grab handles, or a Daystar replacement dash (my best interior mod)!|

I started with chrome. My wife likes the bling and I am not too keen on the bronze pearl coat with black accents. I got the putco grille inserts which people comment on daily. Stainless pullman loop ams So all superficial so far! I keep checking the posts to see what bumpers, lift and winch to get!
Oh! I flipped the mirror! It actually makes sense. Gives more visibility to the wind shield.

|TheDoc||My wife and I removed the roof a few weeks back , she is only 5'2" no problems what so ever. as long as you grab the rear wiper side of the roof.|

|Wandell||Looks like you have a silver version of ours. Of course I'm gonna suggest the same mods I've done...lift, wheels and tires.|

|jcollins||My wife and I removed mine..it was really heavy for her..much easier with 3 people...more work than it's worth in my opinion|

I recently sold my 95 yj, which I loved. It had a really heavy factory hard top which I took off/on with an electric winch. Would appreciate comments by owners of current Wranglers' experiences removing the new hard tops. Can 2 people do it easily? Thanks

Some mirrors for when you take the doors off (or relocation brackets). You might have seen this write up a few posts up:

Cheap Mod: Buy hosing to run all of your breather lines (Tranny, Diff, Axles) to your breather box so that water doesn't get up into the aforementioned components.
Something to the tune of this: Smilin' Bob's Breather Hose Extension Kit for JKs

The first mod is a slippery slope and you won't be able to stop. One of my first ones was the euro tail light guards, you can get them cheap on E-bay. Slush mats should have been my first. They are a life saver for your carpet and one of my favored purchases. If your going off roading an evap skid should be considered. Grab handles are nice. Pulling off all dealer stickers, they don't give me any ad revenue. Many like taking the fender stickers off, it looks cleaner. Remove rear seat head rest so you can see behind you.
But of course the small stuff leads to major mods like new front bumper with winch, better trail tires and maybe wheels. Then a lift (keep it 2.5" or smaller) which leads to bigger tires which leads to regearing to gears that should have came on the Jeep. Then rock rails and oil pan shids. Of course all this means you need a AEV Procal or Superchip Flashpaq to tune and adjust for new tires and gears. Then the JEEP initials will come true
But you will love it even though your broke, lol
