No Spark, No fuel

My Tj 2.5 was overcharging about a month or so ago and the check gauges light came on. I pulled over and shut it off and I had nothing, no electric etc, so I assume the ASD shut it down and I waited and I was able to start the jeep fine later and it has run ever since. The other day the same thing happened but i continued to drive it the rest of the way home from work. The next day i went out and jumped it with no avail. I put charger on it overnight and replaced crankshaft position sensor and camshaft position sensor thinking this would get spark and fuel back. also if i jump the fuel pump relay the fuel pump works. not sure what else to try other than new pcm. any ideas?
