vibration explained

So I took my daughter on one of our monthly off road play dates last month and we went doors deep a few times playing in the mud. After a good hosing off of the clay and all I thought everything was good except I was getting vibration from 45-55mph. I thought I broke something. Fast forward to Sunday I took the time to do an oil change and what do I find but a sapling of some tree growing on my caliper encased in dirt. So I cleaned it out and my daughter planted the baby tree. the vibration is gone now.
