That sounds like the basis of a lcg rig. Where would a normal lift be better than a lcg rig?

Or for that matter, with the epiphany I just had, technically couldnt every "normal" lift get more down travel with longer shocks? Idk I'm half asleep. Don't judge

Sweet! My A/Ts are a little worn out so I'm looking to replace them with some MT/Rs if I can afford it. I'm hoping I can afford some ome springs, but I haven't put too much thought into new springs just yet, so idrk

Forgot about width, I guess that explains a lot if it...

I like what I've heard about the zone combo lift. But I'm not ready to go that high just yet, since 4.25" would look a little empty with 31's. That's a good point about the mml though.
The second part of that was for the guy talking about 6 inches of lift, sorry. Couldn't remember the name and didn't feel like going back.

You should get a piece with the BL that will adjust your T-case linkage. It's super easy to do, and a must.

I would suggest 3" suspension+ 1" BL or 4" suspension lift for 33s if that's all you're doing. You can run less but will likely sacrifice some up travel and chew at you're flares. Once you learn more you'll find ways to run tires without lift.

Double_a914 As for a mini-project, I'm sure I can't be the only one that appreciates how easy this cleans up a rats nest of wiring.

BleepinJeep's DIY: Relay and Fuse Box: http://youtu.be/aG37G9dBXv8

I think the coolest thing is using the cat 5 cable to run the positives to the switches in the cab. I doubt I'll be able to find an xj fuse box like he has but I'm sure any similarly wired one would work.

Double_a914 What I REALLY want right now is just some offset rims. I like the level 8 trackers, especially the price. Offset combined with 1"lift will help get rid of that stock look.

I had the windshield folded but hit a bump a little hard and this happened. Guess they made the cheapest link the weakest link. Just hadn't gotten around to putting it back on

Tall lift = tall center of gravity which could be dangerous and 33" tires looks goofy on my TJ with only 3" of lift but what ever floats your boat lol

you could do a 3-4in lift with 33s. With all the lift you want you will need an sye and a cv drive shaft and if you go bigger than 33s then you will need to swap your rear end

X2. Figure out what tires you want, then find out what all you have to do in order to get them.
