How to install:
JK Hood Decal Installation
Oh damn, upon a second reading of your post I realized you have a TJ. This is for a JK, maybe it would still fit?

|LilYeller||You could always pay a body shop a couple hundred to paint it flat black for ya. Notice they painted part of the windshield frame, and painted the mirrors the same color as the jeep. all these things will add in to make it a similar look, chances are that it looked silly with just the hood covered.|

|LaTuFu||You can check with a company that does vinyl car and truck wraps. For a piece that small they may install it, too, for next to nothing.|

|6InARowMakesItGo||the vinyl is basically a sticker so it's real easy. you just have to clean the hood really well and get it on straight. a sign or body shop could make one for you. if i wanted a black hood without the decal i would look for a complete hood to buy.|

Black Vinyl Hood?
I was looking through a Jeep magazine and noticed this awesome 2 tone Jeep.
I have a yellow TJ and want to do a similar concept. I read on a forum that the black on the hood is actually a vinyl decal.
Does anyone know where to get vinyl like this? How much? Installation difficulty? I don't need the logo.
