Actually yeah. I've been looking at getting a 2009-2013 silverado z71. I'll just keep it simple with just a toolbox and brush guard. My uncle is a dealer up in Kansas so I think I could get a sweat deal from him

If you're going to swap in a V8, make sure you don't have the D35. There's plenty of info on here that'll tell you which engines you want. Personally I'd either swap in a small block chevy, or a 5.9(?) dodge magnum. The dodge engine is probably the easiest swap into a TJ, and I believe you run into a lot less electrical problems. But you can't go wrong with a 350 chevy

GoldenSahara00 You mean I6

Good luck with the swap. A lot less headache to drop another 6 in there.

Welcome to all the new younger members.

Brian917 I'm 16 going into senior year in september i have a '92 4.0 yj, my first car...have already done a lot of work to it. I learned a lot working on cars with my dad and although ive never worked on a jeep basic mechanical intuition helps and having an idea of how everything works is a bonus
