Edit: disregard the hardtop, it's early I read it wrong.
I've seen tops in perfect shape for $1000 way to much. Realistically $750 In great shape. As far as the doors you should have no problem getting rid of them. In perfect shape, $600 tops (don't quote me on that) do some research first. You may get somebody buy the complete package at a lower price "that be nice"
As far as painting. I had jeep paint my hood and grill and it only cost me a few hundred at the time. Keep on mind if painted separate from the jeep they won't "blend" the paint into the rest of the vehicle. Almost impossible to match a color perfectly so you will notice "in the sun" a slight difference, but it's a jeep, who cares
Anyways... Good luck!!!

Switching to Full Doors
Bought some full doors from a member here. Hopefully get them picked up next week. Then I need to find someone to paint them to match my jeep, Amber Fire Pearlcoat, 2001 Sport. I'll probably then need to get some help switching them out as I have Arthritis and an artifiical shoulder so can't do squat anymore. Maybe the place I find to paint them would swap them for me . Anyway I'm looking forward to the switch. If I decide to sell the half doors and soft top door tops, what could I expect to get for them?
