steam Safelite has the best prices...not the dealers! They replaced mine in 40 minutes! The dealer wwanted $440.00 for the glass plus labor. My insurance company called Safelite, the total cost was $280.00 installed in my driveway! The tech was polite and professional, unlike the dealer!

Thanks Shiner!

I'll give them a call to see what they say in the way of pricing. The crack has stopped expanding...for now...so I may put it off for a little while longer. But it's still ugly as hell.

Need New Windshield In Dallas

The windshield of my 2007 Wrangler X got chipped near the top where I couldn't see it from the inside. As a result, I didn't notice it until the first crack appeared and it was too late to do any preventative repair. I've been watching it extend down the driver side for the past month and want to get it fixed now that it's getting ugly. Does anyone local have any suggestions on finding a reputable windshield repair shop here in Big D? Thanks in advance!
