New England Wheeling
You are in one of the most spectacular places to wheel. We used to go through ME, NH, and Canada, staying on logging trails the whole weekend, and catching our dinner out of the streams up there. There are so many trails in that area, you wouldn't have to see civilization until you where ready. Get you one of those Forrestry Maps of the whole area, and have a ball. Just don't do it by yourself, in case of getting stuck, or lost. You have unlimited offroad adventures, at your fingertips. If all else fails, check with your local Jeep, or four wheel drive clubs. There is always something going on. I envy your being able to take off for 4-5 days like that. You should have a blast. Take your digi camera, and take lots of pix. All you need is a tent, sleeping bag, and fishing pole. Hope you have a blast. Lots of native trout in the endless streams you will cross.
