The funniest thing I saw all day today was at the rock climbing, there were two piles, a small one for stock jeeps or people who can't drive, and a big pile for the jacked up jeeps, in the middle of the two there's a space to drive. Sitting there watching a XJ and TJ on the rocks, a shiny, obviously recently washed and waxed JK comes on the middle part, 33's, the guy in the passenger seat could be Pauldy D's stunt double, it was pathetic.

PTWarrior66 Awesome showing so far, looking forward to going back tomorrow, didn't buy anything today but if I can find a loud muffler I'd be a happy camper.

daggo66 It was a fantastic day. Had you visit the Quadratec booth twice. I bought a few small items the first time. We left the show and on the way home, not a mile away, my shift knob literally fell apart in my hand.

We turned around, went back inside, and went to Quadratec for the second time. I ended up buying a Rock Knob shift knob.

Being stock has nothing to do with it. Plenty of stock Jeeps register. I don't register with any intent on winning anything. I just want the advantage of being able to park inside on the grass. It makes a nice base of operations for goin around to see everything.
THIS is why I don't like the All Breeds show, and Quadratec thanks for lying saying my wheels wouldn't be here till next week because of the show and actually send them yesterday... now I'm sitting with rims and no tires.

billyb Good time at the show today. Didn't register, just paid $5 to get in. 80% of the vehicles in the parking lot must have been Wranglers. Some of the Jeeps inside were fantastic. Both homebuilt and the vendor showcases. I loved the old Willy's and Kaisers. Recommend the show if you can make the drive.

daggo66 First go to their website and look at all the pictures. www.pajeeps.org No one is going to care that your YJ needs work. People will still enjoy looking at it and will be sure to offer you advice and suggestions. Personally I feel the advantage to parking on the fairgrounds is that you have a base of operations. Last year was a scorcher and it was nice to have a place to sit.

There are tons of vendors to see. There are so many Jeeps to see with everything you can imagine on them. You will get tons of ideas. I saw the Quadratec floor mats in person in someone's Jeep and went right to the booth to buy a set.

There is an obstacle course as well as a swap meet area that may prove very beneficial to you and your YJ.

TESmith I think I would like to go check it out (It is local for me, about 25 minutes away) , do not know if I should take my YJ in to the fairgrounds, it is not fixed up yet and paint is shot, springs are pretty much flat, Just got it back from my step daughter she had it the last 5 years, do not have the money right now for the suspension (Thanks Economy) but starting to work on getting it into shape a little here and a little there as I can scrape a little extra money to do so.

I am guessing this would be a good place to get ideas for fixing it back up, and to perhaps learn a little? So should I take my Jeep in and not worry about it or not? Also, never having gone to something like this what all goes on at these events? Tell me more about it!
