Curro 8" rim is def safe and actually preferred.. You wouldnt need a wider rim until you get into 13.5" wide and bigger tires..

BigGreen98 I've got bfg mud terrain km2 35x12.50x15 on 10 in wide weld wheels if I'm not mistaken

berniefpfc17 Thanks Irongrave another good question about 15 inch rims ,although Discount tire did say that the mb72 rims in 15 inch did work on the jk.

Irongrave Cheep beadlock run the 8s. narrow wheels will hold the bead of the tire a lot better when aired down. However you are in a JK I think you need 16s or 17s to clear the calipers as most 15s dont fit

rim size and 35 inch tires.

I was looking to get BFGoodrich 35/12.50x15 tires, but I don't know if an 8 inch rim is safe or do I need a 10 inch rim. I was looking at the 8 inch mb72 or the black rock d window 8 or 10 inch rim. The specs call for an 8.5 inch rim minimum but I have heard that other people have used an 8 inch. I just want to do it right and safe. Thanks in advance.
