Rhino Lining?

I am thinking of rhino lining the entire exterior of my 97Tj. Anyone have any pros and cons of it? I've seen it on other jeeps and trucks and kinda like it. I'm just wondering how much extra weight it will add and if it would cause any problems that I haven't thought about yet. I'm open to any and all suggestions except from that 04unlimited guy with the thornbirds and the "death wobble" trust me it's more like a jello shimmy......
