dale 3 Good idea! Problem is i'm i have to pay to keep experimenting.Their is alot of black accents on my tj.Maybe a black satin door will work? OPINIONS welcome.

InfernoGirl Make sure to prime them the same color as from the factory. That will make a big difference in the outcome. If the paint code just isn't looking right, try it with the other primer color. I.e. If it looks wrong over gray primer, try it over white....

dale 3 THANKS,I just put a half ass coat of black on one half dr. When dry i'll hang.I'm kinda fussey. If silver is way off it would bother me.But off a little i can live with.

GoldenSahara00 I agree. or do them another accent you think would look cool. Like say you have red shocks and red seat covers, get red doors. or something like that. I wouldnt worry too much.

InfernoGirl No one will notice but you that the silver paint on the halfs isn't quite right, if you decide to paint them. Your fulls already match, so leave things as they are, and either leave the halfs black which is done often, or paint them as close as you can, and move on to other things....

Silver jeep black doors? Anybody

Got a silver tj.Bought a set of half doors. Now silver being one of the worst colors to match.99% OF the time the side of jeep has to be blended to the new painted doors.Which means have to repaint FULL DOORS to match every change.Wondering is anyone can post PICTURES of black doors silver jeep? Going to try on a set of canvas for the look this morning.PITA!! Might have to sell halfs with soft uppers? WTF
