MarkNog When it comes time to change my tires, im going with a 1 inch body lift, 4 inch spring lift, and 35s. Its like the perfect combo in my eyes.

xShMaCkBoYx The Jeep Known as ( Roll-over-Bethoven ) is stock
for now but it's my back-up driver so I can play with
it, can't wait to see if it swims... I have 3 weeks vacation
coming up and looks like a trip to the Pines. Thanx Guys for
your help with the lift. seems the way to go is total of 5" lift
combo. leaning towards 4" susp. & 1" body.

rubicon05 3 or 4 inch lift with a 1.25 inch body lift is a good combo for 35s

I have a sye, transfer case drop and a cv driveshaft already also. I still want superior axles super 35 kit though... But I'm getting a company vehicle soon and my rig won't be my DD soon :-)

old_blue i got d44 in the rear and yes it is highly recommended. Also you if you wanna run like stock go to at least 4.56 gears. As far as the drive shaft theres two routes you can take. One put on a transfer case drop (cheapest but lose a little ground clearance) The other option is a motor mount lift, a sye, and a cv driveshaft (which to me is the ideal but pricier route)

More like what Dana do y'all have in the rear??? I'm running a Dana 35 and 33's. And I'm dying to put 35's on but everyone says that's a nono :-(

old_blue Basically you need at least 5 inches of lift, Weather it be all suspension or suspension and body combo

heres my 02 with 4 inch suspension and 1 inch body on 35's

Clint343 I have a 5" suspension lift with 33" tires. Lift is great but I a going with 35" tires next time. There is a little to much space for looks but great for wheeling.

C.L. I'm running 35's on 3.5" suspension and 1.5" body lift. Proportions look fine to me. And as a fellow New Jerseyite... the inspection is a joke! If your CEL is off, you pass.

How High is to High

I Want to put 35" on my 2002 jeep wrangler.
Question to the masses. How high is enough?
Rules:1.) Has to look right, not to much tire in the
wheel well.2.) Not to high where it's unstable. 3.)Has
to pass Jersey inspection.4.) Lastly most bang for the
buck....
