NoRdPlz Smittybilt replacement top with tinted windows and new upper skins. Cost is lower than Bestop's and quality seems to be really good so far. I've no issues with leaks and the fitment is spot on.

Here it is installed on day 1. I did not roll out the windows and let them set for a few days before installing. After a few days in the sun, the windows are just about wrinkle free. Like I said....it fits great in my opinion.

Very possible. My stock top would flap all over the place and it was almost like being topless as far as outside noise was concerned. The sail cloth Softopper was much, much quieter than the stock top. I'm very curious to see how the new twill top will be. 3 layer, 30 oz fabric and 40 mil windows.

In my personal opinion, there is no better soft top fabric than Bestop's Sailcloth. I'd jump on buying his Sailcloth top if it's still in good condition.
maybe I read some of them wrong, I think their was maybe one review on this thread. but I do know for sure they said bestop. and he just told me it's not the sailcloth its some other top by them

Started looking at alternatives for ordering everything I want through someone else a couple days ago. Shipping to Canada drives the costs up for virtually every supplier though, so.
What if you ship to someone in the US especially small items and use the free shipping from the vendor , than have that person reship to you? Are there extra taxes that need to be paid that would be forgiven if the items crossed the boarder as a gift?

My club recently arranged for a discount with our new 4WP location (which wasn't open when I initially ordered from Quadratec) so I'm waiting for my discount card to arrive in the mail this week and if nowherre else online is an especially good deal I'll go haggle with those guys and make use of my new discount - they like me.

I'm replacing it with a frameless top simply due to personal preference (I personally don't like the look when folded down, and think there's no reason the windows couldn't be larger) otherwise it would have been kept and probably lasted me at least a few more years. Zippers held up great, and the whole top remained tight enough even after 15 years that I still had trouble locking in all of the little flaps if I didn't do them in a particular order to ease the tension at the trickiest points.

my oem softtop lasted good for 14 years up untill a few months ago it started coming undone. wish I had that luck, maybe south Louisiana's summer arnt great for it with the humidity and all idk

If I weren't so dead set on the Quadratec slush mats (also on backorder) I'd be looking elsewhere for the top for sure.

jeremyh172 I just put a Quadratec Premium soft top on, I don't have any pics of it put I will take some, also I haven't even put the top down yet due to cold weather. But I will say its very quiet and seals better than the bestop that was on it.
$399.99 was the cost, 2 day shipping.

you know I've seen some people say good things about this top then write back a few weeks later saying the same thing. lots of bad reviews afterwards which caused me to scratch them off my list
