97TJAC As far as being stable if u had little pizza cutter tires then yeah it would not be as stable as having a set of off-set rims and little wider ones
but 31"s on 4" wouldnt be bad if u was planning on doing alot of flexing cause it would give you tha tmuch more room

mrbigjeep i dont know how 4 inches of lift would look with just 31's...and i don't know if it would be very stable either

97TJAC If i may add my opinion
if u want actual FLEX then a body lift dont allow for much more flex right? just more tire clearance

I personally think u should wait a little while longer and get all 4" suspension...

the bb will give you longer shocks but why not just save up a little more and get it all suspension
i think u will be happier that way

1BLKJP If your going to stay with your 31's then I would say just go with the 2" BB. That will give you more room up in your fenders.

Lift ur up!

I have an 03 TJ, riding on stock suspension, with 31's and have GOT to get some more flex room. I'm thinking of a 2" BB with a 2"BL. However, I'm not sure how my 31's, on stock rims, will look with this setup. The only other tire choice (for stock rims) I've found was a BFG 33 x 9.50, but I'm afraid that will put me back into the same flex problems that I'm having now.
Any suggestions?
