draarong2004 i just spray bombed mine.....came out nice used the rustoleum "rust remover" base just incase to prevent rust...looks like a new bumper to me.

and yes i need to sand down that spot in the middle and re-hit it, friggin leaf landed on it while i was painting...doh'

goatman I would spray bomb it. Powdercoat is too hard to touch up and expensive. If you scratch rustoleum, $5 later it will be fine.

Driller monstaliner or powder coating. I'm sure a spray bomb would look good and there are high impact paints professionally. If you look at some of the video demonstrations on the monstaliner they hit it with a hammer a number of times and sure looks durable to me, Driller

Paint for bumper

Just picked up a 1995 wrangler 4 cyl/5speed and pulled the trigger on a Rough country 4" lift, Ive gone thru the truck and everything working fine no real rust except drivers floor pan which will be replaced in a few days.
Im going to look at some used bumpers and was wondering about re-painting them, I want to go with a flat/satin black or even rubberized undercoating but am unsure about what type of paint/undercoating to use. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
