A number of folks have had similar leaks.
Try looking through some of these threads:
Also, I'm sure it's linked in one of them, but make sure you take a look at this leak manual.

Mine wet too. Dealer says it's an inherent problem ( WTF )
Went on the lot and all 7 Wranglers had wet floors....

|daedalus||Okay, I just read some threads that discuss this issue. Seems to be the same problem I am having. Damn. I thought I was one of the lucky ones who got a non-leaking Jeep.|

|daedalus||I currently have the hard top on. It is possible the door seals are leaking, but nothing else inside the Jeep was wet. The seats and dashboard were bone dry.|

This is not something new. You can go to any jeep forum and there will be people talking about this. I picked up my jeep about a month ago ( 2011 JK Rubi ) , and the very first rain, the same spot as your was wet.
My 06 TJ did the same thing but I ended up pulling the carpet and put one of those bed liners in.
If anything it's the door seals. But if you have the soft top it could also be that.

Water collecting on front passenger side floor
I was cleaning out my Jeep (2010 2 door) today and noticed the front passenger side carpet was soaking wet. So I pulled out the carpet and there was a pool of water underneath.
The drain plugs are closed so there is no way water could have come in through them. I'm thinking the A/C is somehow leaking into the vehicle. It's still under warranty so I will be taking it into the dealer. However my local dealer said there will be a $98 diagnostic fee if they find out the issue is not something the warranty covers (sounds like complete BS to me).
What do you guys think? Anyone had this issue of water collecting on the front passenger side floor?
