Stay on your dealer's butt until this is resolved!

Just bought a 2011 white manual Wrangler after a pretty good test drive. Started with 5 miles on it, put 6 more. At the time I was positive that the Wrangler was for me. So after a week there are two issues with it:
1. There is a squeaking noise coming from the front wheels (I believe), every time I drive next to an object, car, wall, building, I can hear it. I already took it back to the dealership for them to replace the front right hub bearing assembly....fixed nothing, the noise is still there. Was told to come back after a thousand miles to make sure it's not the brakes wearing. If the brakes check out, more diagnostics will be ran.
2. Started today (13AUG), there appears to be a rattling noise (sounds like light whistling) when the Wrangler is out of gear and while in gear (clutch depressed). The rattling/whistling noise goes away when I press in the clutch in or even when I lightly touch the clutch. Went to the service department of a different Jeep dealership today, was told once again to continue driving the Wrangler and the problem may go away after a while, if not return it for more diagnostics.
Is it just me but when you buy a "new" vehicle you are not supposed to have these nerve racketing problems? There is nothing more aggravating than knowing that your Wrangler is messed up, not to mention having other people seeing and hearing a "new" Wrangler with temp tags riding down the road making horrible noises.
Has anyone else ever experienced this?
