compshooter U-Joints. Check for play in the driveshaft with the vehicle parked (obviously). Drop the driveshaft and replace whichever end needs replacement, although I would do both since the U-joints are cheap and the shaft is already out.

It's when I start to move from a stop. So it may be the u-joints?

compshooter When you say you give it some gas, is this while staying stationary or as you begin to move? If it is while you start to move from a stop, it sounds like U-Joints. Easy fix. If you're just giving gas while in neutral, refer to previous post for troubleshooting.

Triple88a With the engine off press the gas to see if it will still click, if it does you can easier identify the clicking since you have less noise. If it doesnt make the noise then disconnect the gas cable from the throttle body and rev the engine with your hand by simply turning the throttle body. I'd imagine its somewhere by your pedal though like the linkages that hold it there.

Clicking noise

When I am at a red light or just a complete stop in general and give the jeep some gas. I will hear two or three clicks. I can kinda feel them through the gas pedal. Any ideas? Or do I just need to buy a new jeep.
