RatherBNarizona We have one at our school. Best advice would be to get an adviser who likes to offroad, or at least supports your cause. Next is to get the word out there, such as talking to people with offroad rigs and meeting people

Cons_Table With my local club, there are a few things we do.
-We pay membership fees which the club decides what they are used for...charities, etc.
-Part of the membership fees go towards a membership with cal4wheel for each member, which is an organization in CA that supports and works to keep trails open for us.
-We hold a meeting once a month to discuss trips, trail issues, and anything else necessary.
-A newsletter is sent out monthly to each member outlining past trips and upcoming trips or events.
These are just a few things that I can think of that you can also consider for your club, Good luck

Indiana University Off Road Club

I'm looking to start an off road club here at IU Bloomington. I hope to cater to not just Jeeps but all others that enjoy our hobby, or that are interested in seeing what it's about. That being said, in order to establish a club I need another student co-founder and a faculty advisor so that I can get things rolling. Anybody interested?

Also, if anybody has any experience or advice about establishing a new club please feel free to chime in.
