Yoga-Mud-Sand Her name is Blue. She will have a navy theme with her decals in honor of my grandfather. The term for enlisted sailors is "bluejacket." When I say her name I am almost sure that, when they see her, I will be asked why.

sgpd1sam It used to be Mule but this weekend my buddies christened it Tortuga (turtle or tortoise). They like to haul ass while I go slow and soak up the environment so I'm always last. Besides, the way they run I joke that my job is body recovery. We also run RZRs and Rhinos. I did an airborne barrel roll in my Rhino a couple of years ago and thought I was gonna die when I came down on my roof. I learned to slow it way down no matter what I'm driving off road.

It's a good name but too be honest it's up to you! What ever you like stick with it. Mine as I just said before is Leddy the 4x4 of Destiny. The reason for the name Leddy is because my great uncle name was Edward or Eddy. I pronounced it Leddy and he is the reason I have my Wrangler. So it just felt right and it stuck and everyone likes the name. It took me about a month to pick that name. Whatever fits the car best and if you like it don't care what anyone else says.

pclaussen I have a hydro blue jku and its name is Leddy but the full name is Leddy the 4x4 of Destiny. I originally had it as Juliet but it didn't fit. The reason I went with a guys name is because he is a good wingman and can take a beating.

I'm not even that big a Star Wars Geek, but that's a pretty swank name. Any plans to stick a "5" decal on it anywhere?

insylem Descided yesterday, and got it approved today. I'm going with "The Battle Wagon" New Years even my G/F said we should take the Jeep and called it a "Battle C@@" , (Those poor kitties) So this morning, I told her, theres no way I'm calling my Jeep a car, so with inspiration from her, I will name it "The Battle Wagon" She called it that new years eve because we would be safer if we got hit by a drunk driver.

bmelton My TJ Sahara's name is "Gypsy". Mostly because I wanted something that conveyed the nomadism and wanderous nature of a Jeep, but also because, before I could think of a name for her, I just kept calling her "Jeepsy".

I'm not very clever.

Kevins19 I think, much to my dismay, mine is going to be called "Quack". My GF"s daughter kept calling it Quack and my GF started too because she thought it was funny. Finally, I asked why she was calling it that and she pointed down to the floor in the back. I said, "oh, that says Quadratec, lol!", I have the Quadratec floor mats.

ArcsnSparks Was going to name mine " Dammit " as in "dammit now whats broke " or " dammit where is that noise coming from ". But my wife won't let me. Leaning towards " Murphy " ( whatever can break, will and at the worst possible time ).

Dooz85 My nickname my brother gave me and I have always been known as is Doozer and I have been thinking if naming my 2011 jku Doozicon . I haven't decided for sure yet though

Yoga-Mud-Sand Still toying around with it.

She is silver and will be a combination of a tribute to my grandfather's post WWII naval service, my service and my love for the history of the Battle Of Guam (I was stationed there and was hooked on it's history).

So far the possible names included: Top, tank, glider and chief. All military related but not sure if any really fit. But I'm patient.....

TheWorstKind Mine is not "born" yet, but the name is set: Ike

Wrench Bender I've been driving well over 30 years and hit my first deer. I guess it's name is Buck.

RapidDissent Mine's is The Grey. Got the wolf tire cover, loved the movie, she's Anvil, badda-boom badda-bing..

TJ Lyons Right now I just call her Goat, until it eventually earns a name.
Considering Tin Lizzie. I love my little gray box, especially with her top off. She reminds me a lot of a Model T my Grandad had. More so when she was stock and I knocked off the front bumper. Primer Gray, no doors and just a piece of black cloth stretched across the top. Not luxurious, few creature comforts, round lights that go dim when I hit a bump (short in a fog), she rattles, gears grind, slowly chugs and bounces right along, Makes getting where I am going fun. I could put an IOOOGA horn on her. Miss the sounds of that old motor, especially when it backfired.
Or Scratch and Sniff, because of the personalized pin striping and the stagnant mud she is always covered in. She smells a little fishy inside, too, especially when it gets hot.
I wanted to do it in a western theme, but she keeps leading me away from that. Maybe the next one.

Becca37 Creeper

as in "jeepers creepers"

and, I suspect that we'll be creeping over obstacles as we learn each other and trails. :P

rogueleader Named it Buckskin, or Buck, for short. It's a color combo of one of my favorite horse colors.
