NorthIdahome Anybody going snowwheeling sometime?
11-30-2014 12:00 AM
devilrmk Friends of mine made it to the first lake on snowmobiles last weekend.

stangmata I tried to make it up to Roman Nose yesterday. The temps in combo with the rain made it VERY slick. With about 4 miles left to go I decided to call it quits for safety (had the little guy with me).

11-28-2014 04:51 PM
devilrmk Wheres the fun in that.
11-28-2014 04:42 PM
Mitchness Yep. This time it was the guy who was leading last time (full width YJ on 42s). Blew out a brand new Spicer joint at the T-Fer case (???). Was able to get out in FWD though.

Both breakdowns were right below the waterfall. I'd really like to have a trip where we can make it to the top without something going haywire. :'(

Another driveline, eh? I'd like to make another run at Compressor at some point.

11-20-2014 11:00 PM
NorthIdahome OK. Where have you guys been wheeling at?
11-20-2014 10:50 PM
devilrmk Just east of freya on trent
11-20-2014 10:42 PM
NorthIdahome Where are they at?
11-20-2014 10:24 PM

11-20-2014 09:53 PM
nathan9mile Still going with 6 states lol
11-20-2014 09:39 PM
NorthIdahome OK I got skrewed. Where should I get a driveshaft that is tom woods quality local? Or should I order a tom woods. Not about money but local is better.
10-31-2014 02:34 AM
NorthIdahome Damn. Wish I would have seen this shit earlier haha.
10-10-2014 09:51 PM
nathan9mile Six states charged me 115 bucks to retube my driveshaft to 120wall dom and its 11in longer then stock with one new joint

I agree. Hit up Merl's first. They do good work, and are cheaper. I have a Six States driveshaft. It's good, but I paid Tom Wood's prices for it. :/
10-07-2014 11:49 PM
stangmata Not too exciting, but I got some 7-mile wheeling in after work today.

09-30-2014 05:23 PM
devilrmk Agree
09-30-2014 04:30 PM
pengintamer Not a fan of Tom wood's. I like merl's same quality, but cheaper and local.

Mitchness Does the Rubi have more lift stock? Does the 241 sit in the same spot as the 231?
09-29-2014 03:19 PM
NorthIdahome But I have a d44...
09-29-2014 03:03 PM
pengintamer Probably is longer cause the d44 has a longer pinion so the Rubicon shaft would be shorter.
09-29-2014 02:25 PM
NorthIdahome Anyone know if a TJ Rubicon front drive shaft will fit in my 97 tj? Next to each other it looks like my old one is longer at mid-compression
09-25-2014 05:33 PM
Mitchness Safe and cozy in the garage
09-24-2014 06:35 PM
pengintamer So I am browsing CL, and saw two ads saying their YJs were stolen this morning. Mother f**kers. Lock your sh*t down everyone!
09-21-2014 10:51 PM
stangmata I'm kind of interested. PM me info/price.
