Check out the AEV 2" kit or Tera Flex leveling kit.
IMO 3" is overkill for that tire size. 2" is perfect for 33's and you know for sure you should not have any issues with the drivetrain

At 3 inches you will be OK in the manual with the front drive shaft, auto might be a problem.
The kit contains most of what you will need, though it does not include anything to correct the caster in the front end or rear pinion angle. The rear you could probably get away without, but you will definately need more caster in the front.
Worst case scenario you can use cam bolts for the lower arms, personally I would be looking at adjustable control arms or the AEV front drop brackets (I just installed these)
With 33in tyres you will be OK with the stock gearing, not good, but OK. Ideally 4.1's would be where I be going, but you are looking at quite a bit of cash as the stock 3.21 carrier needs changing as well. You will be down on power.

In Need of Some guidence!!
It has Started, I have had My "07" Wranger X for a little over 1 mnth now and am Starting the 1st of many Upgrades...Thing is I want to make
sure what i am doing is the Right way to Go about it. I have just ordered a lift for the Jeep...
1. The "Teraflex Jk Wrangler 3" Lift w/ Shocks". This item does not mention any Needed Driveline Mods or Not. Unlike the 4" Makes this known. Does anyone have any idea about this lift? Or any extra needed
parts. Says this lift will accomodate up to a 35" tire but i will be running 33's.
2. Just a Question....
I know it is recommended to regear with a 33" from what i hear. If
not regearing right now what will be the downside of that. Just
speed? or will there be a loss of power / tourqe?
Def a Newb Here....Open to all thoughts and Ideas as well.................
Also any ideas would be appriciated as well as to how to convince the wife that i will not be sinking alot of money into my Toy!!!!!!!1
