Something I already undertook when I wired up my lights & onboard air... Had to replace part of the harness as well, but so much easier to find wires & fuses now.

|Preston-||My 03 tj wouldn't start randomly so I did some research and changed my ignition actuator pin. Now back to custom painting my new metalcloaks and hopefully installing them next weekend|

I started and finished the bulk of my wiring for my 55w backup fog lights. I'm using STUoffroad's guide to making them selectable with a DPDT switch. Calling it quits for now to pick up a few more parts I need.
Both my engine bay and under the dash will need loomed soon; the couple wires I had before that I neglected looming up, quickly turned into a mess of wires running just about everywhere.
Another thing I learned about myself; when I work on my TJ, the interior quickly starts looking like it belongs on a promo for "on an all-new episode of Horders"

|Jeffk1975||I rotated my tires today. And I think I found a knocking/tapping noise that started after doing the rear main seal...the plug for the front O2 sensor wasn't clipped back to the bracket so it was banging against the intake manifold. At least I hope that's all it was. I put it back on the bracket but didn't drive it after.|

Got my new Engo 10000 winch installed. Have to put the wireless box on tomorrow. Havnt had any chance to use it yet. DAMNIT!!!!
Got 3 new rocker switches in the mail along with my Lokka brand lunchbox locker and new hood latches. Will hopefully get the locker installed this weekend or early next week sometime. Mainly waiting on the Lubelocker gasket to arrive. Also got to flush the radiator and inspect the hoses. Hoping mine aren't rusted badly at the springs like Mamefreaks were.

|Mamefreak||Its only temporary as I've been flushing it once a week for 2 months. The previous owner neglected it and rust sludge built up. It's been getting steadily better each time.|

Changed out the thermostat housing, thermostat, water pump and lower hose.
Used a doorman housing, a Shaw high flow 330-195 thermostat, and a Flowkooler 1750 high flow water pump.
Had to do the water pump twice as the rtv was not adequate. Seems to run much cooler and it's awesome to see when I stop at a light the temperature drops!! All of this coupled with the new Mishimoto radiator is keeping things nice and cool :-)
I also found the source of my random rust chunks too. The spring in the lower hose was covered with rusty sludge. Now that it's clean hopefully it will stay clean.
Going to keep running pure distilled water until it starts getting cold.
