Thanks. Looks great!!!

I like the AEV lift based on their experience. I have limited sources around me to get a quote and know if it's reasonable so I am curious what I could expect for just a lift like what you have (I can do bumpers like you did and know what I can get those for...).

Merlinn Vyper340 it was around 11K with me doing the install on the bumpers and tire carrier.. net result Great Jeep... happy wife = good life!!! I could not be more pleased with the ride and handling. The Hanson Rocksilders are a really clean design and the steps help my wife both getting in and out... Hopefully we can get it off road this coming weekend!

You are limited to a 27.5" long shock. After this you will need to make changes to the exhaust system.

On the 2012 JK's, Your limited to a 25" long shock before as stock front drive line hits the exhaust.

good info do you sell the skid plate seperate? looks like a nice setup

looks like I need a driveline and exhaust mods

OutlawJK I just noticed in this pic a difference between your and mine

Mine has a crossmember in front of the exhaust, looks like yoours was moved or removed

edit; the round crossmember is not there

Merlinn I am afraid to add it up! When I get to the office I will look.. I do know it was more than planned but the results are worth it. In my opinion the cheapest way to to things is once, right the first time!

Merlinn I have a poor quality pic on my computer at work I will post it tomorrow. It's close, but no contact. Again 3" not 3.5" that might have some part of it, not sure about that. But one thing I am sure of is I am really happy with the results, no grief, clean install smooth as silk!

Merlinn Engine oil has plenty of clearance, no problem. The diff I have no idea.. But it will have a safe life!!

Full Traction & AEV build 2012 Rubicon

I just finished installing The AEV front and rear bumper with tire carrier and Warn 9500 cti this morning. Full traction did the installation or their 3' Premium Plus lift with Bilstein 5100's. They also installed the Hanson Rocksliders, Engine skid and a JR Reel driveshaft. They Also installed thei CRC Link (Watts Link) which works great!!

I come from an automotive background and am pretty picky with things and all I can say is this is way nicer than I hoped for. The ride and handling is off the hook, smooth, very quiet, corners dead flat and the back end stays in line in under every road going situation I have put it to. My drive back home from Full Traction facility took me over Pacheco Pass which has high speed bends over an undulating road surface. The Jeep tracked perfectly!!

Chris helped me get started, Steve Kramer, the owner of Full Traction spent all the time with me to choose, and Orin their shop foreman did over the top work.

I guess you could say I am a Very happy camper!!
