Yep...saw that too. I guess if you want Jeep center caps, you now have an option. But I'll stick with my bright yellow goodness.

strider_mt2k That brochure its way nicer than I expected.
It doesn't make me regret anything about my purchase at all.
(I got one "off the rack" at the dealership storage lot. Under a tree really, but that's a story for another time.)
The JK8 truck conversion looks interesting though. Great stuff.

Someone at jeep HQ needs to really rethink their color choices.

Amen to that. Just terrible.

its amazing that the coordination to get dealers and consumers the brochures that they need to sell cars they have been making and selling since 8/1. Sounds like there's some butt kicking to do in Auburn Hills for not being on the ball. Send in the Italians.

jrohan07 Alright. I ordered the 2012 jeep brochure from the website and will see if they send the hard copy.
I assumed the dealer has to pay for the brochures and was at his discrection if he wanted to order any.
Why can't dealers just tell you the truth about these brochures?
09-22-2011 03:23 PM
k17trojan Jeep has the new 2012 brochures up on their website. You can download the .pdf or provide an address and it will go in the mail.

I like that too!

I have a thing for green these days for some reason? Use to not like it at all.

A jeep in Candy green would be sweet.

Like the green on the Victory Vegas Jackpot bike,,, thats SWEEET.

silvrevo I think there was a typo in the suspension talk...when they say the suspension is hard at slow speeds,, then loosens up at high speeds.

Shouldnt that be the other way around?

Like page 3-4?

panthermark Updated...
Earlier, I thought I had posted the 2011 brochure...but it was the fleet guide.
Here is the 2011 brochure...
http://www.jeep.com/en/pdf/2011_wrangler.pdf

Compare the pictures of the Rubi on the ridge with the trailer.

Slightly closer angle, photo shopped wheels.... And I "think" the color was touched up as well.

Now I must have that COD MW3 bumper. AEV makes and sells this?
The Sept MOPAR Parts catalog at the beginning of the 2012 tread has parts numbers but no pics or prices for what are called the premium off road bumpers and are probably the ones on the MW3. The front COD bumper is AEV but lacks the "bull bar" reportedly because it blocked full view of the front turn signals. The AEV version with the 'bull bar' is available for order and the MOPAR version lists Oct, but their time frames can and do slip. The AEV and MOPAR rear premium off road bumper are the exact same as far as I can tell.

I think it's interesting that the previous version of the MOPAR off road bumpers front and rear are listed for the 2012 and displayed in the pdf brochure and once again a MOPAR 2 inch suspension lift is listed as an accessory.

I love the way it looks there.
I thought it was black....
But maybe that is the Dark Forrest we've been waiting to see......

I'm pretty sure that this is Winter Chill....but I can't say for sure:
Damn you Chrysler! Dark Forrest and Winter Chill will be available to order in two weeks...and no one knows what it looks like. People have been waiting on Crush forever!
09-22-2011 10:14 AM
jrohan07 I would bet that is Winter Chill almost a silver white tint but looks like its going to be a very nich color.

It has a bluish tint so it almost looks like it might be the Winter Chill, but it looks much darker than the pics of the Arctic Edition that we have seen posted elsewhere. Maybe it is black with a reflection of the sky?

I love the way it looks there.

It's hard to tell for sure until these are released or we have better pics, but there is a slight difference at least in the front bumper from what AEV calls their "Premium bumper", so hopefully this will ultimately be a lower cost option to buying the full-fledged AEV version...and maybe only available as a "Mopar" bumper...but we shall see. Regardless, AEV makes a premium product...not just in terms of quality, but also price!

Well obviously it has a different housing and fly wheel. It has a different engine!

SlackerMD and the MW3 bumpers are indeed slightly modified AEV bumpers and not the Mopar Off-Roads...
