Sounds like you need a longer spring so they don't lose contact with the pad. I would go with the ome, or currie springs if you want a better spring. The rc springs you have now are know to sag. Rc claims they have fixed this problem with their newer springs, but the jury is still out on that.

Look at it like this, how many people on here say wish I hadn't bought those ome, or currie springs. The cheaper stuff you get a 50/50 regret on comments.

UnlimitedLJ04 N66L and N67L are the part numbers for OME's 4" lift shocks. They require 2" front bumpstop extensions and ~2.5" extensions, depending on pinion angle.

Moroney167 Yea while I can I'm just gonna buy new Bilsteins and 4" coils front and rear. These springs just look like junk and I as far as it goes I believe sagged bad. I am buying new Clayton offroad coils.

Rogerg I just replaced my coils and shocks a few months ago.I went with Rubicon express coils and Rancho 9000xl it definitely made my ride more comfortable.

IndyJeepMan I really like my rear 2.5" RC coils. I also like my BDS 3" front coils, you may look into them as well.

OME, Fox, Bilstein are all great, and expensive, options

Rancho, OME, bilstein, or check out savvys custom valved fox shocks.

Unless your springs are really saggy I would bother spending the money. Plus I've heard RC springs aren't that bad.

HarryJeepGuy I have 4" OME springs. I got them from either Quadratec or 4wd Hardware, not sure which. I'm not sure they will give you the soft ride you are looking for, mine are pretty stiff. I like them though. They make my 01 sit much higher than my Superlift springs ever did, that's for sure. 1" higher in front and 2" higher in the rear, I had to buy adjustable control arms when I changed my springs and shocks from Superlift to OME. I don't regret it though, I feel the stance is much better now. I do feel that it rides better off road than it does on. Not sure that anything will make it take potholes better. I plan on going to a long arm soon, anything that was with my 4" Superlift is rusting out and bushings are shot. Let you know if that helps. Can't hurt...

I can understand that being it will be a big bouncy pillow.. I had the rears off the other day (broken mount) and was all floating haha.

Anyway maybe its just ease of mind to not have sagging springs and old parts on it. While im putting new stuff in I figure go for it has to have some benefit to have real quality springs over RC's stuff.

freeskier Get new shocks, don't worry about coils. Coils aren't going to really contribute anything towards ride quality.

Take your front or rear shocks off and go for a short ride if you don't believe me.

Everywhere I looked I only see 2.5" springs nothing for 4". Someone can proove me wrong I have no problem paying for this once and getting the right parts.

Softest Ride what shocks and springs

4" lift. If I were to just buy new coils all round and shocks what should I do. I have bumpers front and rear, lights, and 9K winch. I need new shocks and coils are just old and abused sagging rough country coils. I am guessing and about sure a quality pair of springs front and rear would improve ride as well as shocks. I want soft for offroad, soak everything up and be able to flex without rolling cab like a skateboard. I do mainly drive on road but personally love to have it float and chassis roll around corners. I do have the currie antirock sway bar as well as Aco spacers in front. I have all Clayton Offroad controls arms and EXTREMELY happy with his service as well as quality. I am leaning towards all 4 4" lift springs from him and Bilstein 5100's front and whatever rears they make for wrangler. Opinions? How will that ride. Should I go OME shocks or either way am I safe with a good ride. On Rough Country 9000 shocks now and they... well...
