New From Oregon

So I just moved to Murfreesboro from Oregon, and I'm wondering what the heck I can do with my Jeep over here...

Back in Oregon i live 5 minutes from REAL mountains...the kind with snow on top all year round. Through that I have access to lots of logging roads and many state run OHV parks. I was able to come home from work/school and go wheeling for a few hours before it got dark, out here I'm hearing that it would take me all that time just to get to a decent trail.

So, my question...what can I do over here with my jeep? I've seen online a few private properties that I could go run on, I think there might be one within an hour or two...however they charge a crazy amount for usage if you are out of state, something like $500 annually. Are there any state run trails or parks here? I need to get some mud on the Jeep and I'm having a hard time finding anything but pavement and farmland.
