Greg__Berger Hey All, I'm finally back in a wrangler after picking up my '13 JKUR this weekend. I know there are several places within 45 minutes to an hour of STL to wheel, but I was curious if anyone had some places around town to just hop off road and get muddy. Did anyone ever go try the Lynch course?

Like the bank gives a shit. They'll probably like it because they won't have no grass or field to mow. Lol

K_in_MO Yeah, my call was just returned, by a friend of Jim Lynch's. He said that Jim is not maintaining the property anymore. That's the extent of what I know.

K, here's the deal.

I'm friends with a guy that is best friends with Lynch's son. He says the building was foreclosed on by the bank and the remnants of Adventure Shooting Sports is in a different location.

So... if the land is owned by the bank, I guess it's free reign.

Who wants to go wheeling?

I'll be at the zoo tomorrow anywhere up in that area worth throwing the plates on the jeep and wheeling. I like to try braking my D35 tomorrow!

K_in_MO Thanks for checking, tbrown.

I would love to find something around St. Louis. I've been asking my other 4WD friends, and haven't come up with anything yet.

It's fun. But a loooong rough ride. I broke in 1 trip there, a motor mount, my tranny mount, smashed a fender off a tree, ripped one side of my skid plate off and broke a marker light. But hey that's why I bought it!

BlackedOutYJ 1 spot is that all. Why don't you come down here to washita?
09-19-2011 08:13 PM
TBrownSTL Ok. I went by their yesterday and it was flooded back there. You could still see the trail but it was overgrown. there is one spot where it's a flex area.

K_in_MO I'm sure we'd have to get ahold of the owners. One of my customers at work rented it out for a day for a customer appreciation event. I'll see if they have a contact.
