Sorry you had to turn around JimJam but Murphy was looking out for you. Turning back when you did was best. It was NOT stocker friendly after all the rain we have been having. 3-4 inch lift and I was still hanging and banging on rocks. They winched me over at least 5 spots. I've got a couple pics of your canoe I"ll post up in the morning.

Hope you were able to get dried out and running better.

Yes. Didn't seem to be any interest in the diner. I'm going to go have a real breakfast at 7:30 and then prob meet at DD for a coffee for the road. If any one cares to join me at the country diner they are welcome. I've eaten there alone before.

N1IRB So Westfield to meet the caravan at 9:00. The country diner for breakfast at 7:30? That gives an hour for breakfast and a 1/2 hour to get to Westfield.

Enfield Breakfast Oct 15

So any Enfield or CT folks going to Huntington, MA on the 15th?

Perhaps some of us can meet up for breakfast at the diner in Enfield before heading up.
