deathphoenix99 I still would love to check this place out sometime, but the Jeep isn't mine, so I'd rather not be hard on it.

Stallion289TX Thanks for the feedback. I plan to go to Hidden Falls this Saturday. I heared that they have 6 levels. I probably would stay around 2 & 3 just for fun (I'm leaning toward Hidden Falls because I heared that it has beautiful views). Please educate me on one thing - I was planning to two jerry cans but I have not put a mount yet and I'm not sure about keeping them inside with kids around. Will I be ok with a full tank going into Hidden Falls? Is there a gas station around that I can just leave the trails to fill and come back if needed? Will they let me enter without repaying? How easy is it to exit the trail and head out? Do I have to go through the whole trail? Would General Sam's be the same story?

Thanks,

El Gringo Yeah, I have been out there a couple times, There is some mud, but mostly just regular trails, little rock stuff, not much. Hidden Falls, which is where I'm from, would not be a place I would take my DD, or anything I wanted to keep nice looking.

Stallion289TX Can someone please provide feedback on General Sam Off road park? Is it a nice place for family fun? I heard it is nothing but mud, is that true? are there green spots and different types of rock climbing areas?

I was planning to go to Hidden Falls this Saturday but I wanted something closer to where I'm at (Katy).

Thanks,

El Gringo The mud doesn't look that big in the picture, but here it is from the back

And here is my water line, again much deeper than I thought.

All in all, a good afternoon.

busemans there ought to be tons of people to go out with you at college station. all those kids looking for something to do. when i lived in livingston, we always saw a ton of 4x4s in college station

El Gringo found some people to go, we had a blast here are some pics

and then I found a big huge mud pit. It was much deeper than expected. much.

It took some back-and-forths, but I got it out
We had fun.
Got some more pics on the way

Anyone up for General Sams?

I am bored and stuck in huntsville so does anyone want to go to general sams with me? Thinking about either this afternoon or maybe tomorrow. Don't want to go by myself and looking for some new jeep friends. I am not a creep or wierdo, promise. Any interest?
