Agreed, It could be either one.
The AC condensate drain is located inside the engine compartment on the firewall. Passenger side, down low. It usually looks like a small black rubber elbow, but they did vary throughout the years.

AC condensate drain is blocked ?
I doubt its the door seal. Usually the AC condensate drain is blocked.

|jstone326||sure. you could also just visually look at the door seal and see if its cracked or anything, and if it is defective you can get a new one from quadratec.com or 4wd.com or a number of other sites|

I had the same thing happen to me. The door seal was somewhat defective, but if I slammed the door, then water wouldn't come in. I solved the problem by taking out the carpets and pulling the drain-plugs.

Where inside the Jeep is the water collecting?

Water inside car?!
I have water leaking inside my jeep and I can't figure out were its coming from. The drain plug is good and rain can't get in the car.plus the heating coil is good. What is it? Pls help
