Atleast this wasn't between like rough country and currie haha. One day my goal is all currie control arms but on a budget, I gotta go a little cheaper for now

As for NVH absorption, you do know the JJ center ball rides inside of a urethane bushing, right? You won't find anyone with Currie JJ's wishing they had rubber bushings. Go take a look at some hardcore builds on pirate. They're using one of two ends on their links and they aren't from Skycrapper or Superlift.

Watch this video--it may help you understand the Currie JJ a little better: Johnny Joint®

Your list is huge. You could easily cross out 90% of the manufacturers because they don't hold a candle to the remaining 10%.

I run Rokmen control arms with a Currie JJ on one end and a Clevite on the other. The single JJ will twist enough for ~23.5" extended length shocks, but its about maxed out without creating twisting in the bushing. That works out to a 3" lift, or so. With dual JJ's 4-5" lift shock would have no problem (nor would a short lift with modified shock mounts & craploads of droop).

The necessary requirement of control arms that you're missing is unobstructed lateral movement. Control arms do not only twist along their long axis, but they move side to side as the track bar pulls/pushes the axle sideways during suspension movement.

The most important thing to remember is no "lift kit" is complete. None of them include everything you will need. It's a collection of components that get you some percentage of the way...some are better than others. You may or may not need to address several other components to make your "lift" complete. Figure on addressing many of the following components: new springs, longer front brake lines, extended sway bar links front and rear, gears, brake and steering upgrades to accommodate larger tires, SYE, CV shaft, bumpstop extensions, new shocks, adjustable track bars, and a rear track bar bracket. Remember to pay attention to spring rate and the spring length, so the Jeep will sit at the height you want with the weight you intend to carry.
