Top Down Romp Around Look at www.edmunds.com under recalls / TSBs for your model/year.
As well look at www.jeepproblems.com under TSBs and search for your model/year.
These two sites have pretty comprehensive lists and some other supporting info.

Where to find a TSB list?

I realize TSBs aren't recalls, I checked the jeep website based on my VIN and there are supposedly no recalls, however I've been reading about some hard top leak TSBs and 6 speed popping out of gear issues, I'd like to get as many issues taken care of as I can so I don't have to worry about them cropping up later. Is there a comprehensive list somewhere or database that I can put in my VIN or at least year/model info and get a list of TSBs to check and see if any pertain to my new ride?

Thanks! =)
