Gkrynick22 I go to Cardio Express in Rocky Hill. What's good a about them is they also have gyms in a bunch of other areas around Hartford. They also have great machines and state of the art treadmills. People there are very friendly and it is relatively cheap. Here is a link to Cardio Express's website showing all of their locations.

Gyms in CT

So I steped on a scale the other day and the result scared me a little bit.

I've been toying with the idea of joining a gym to go work out a bit, I used to go weekly back in college, but just havent had the motivation to go.

I'm looking at either golds or anytime fitness. I like the idea of anytime because they are open 24/7 which I feel is practicle. but the down side is the closest one is 15-20 minutes away, where as i live only 5 minutes from a golds.

Any opinions or sugestions?

P.S. I live north of hartford, so anything close to there would be ideal...
